    • This lesson covers the amount of forward bend from our upper body and our hips at our set up position.
    • You’ll learn how to get the proper amount of forward bend at set up, to help your body move more effectively throughout the golf swing. 
    • This is important because it helps us prevent injuries in the golf swing. I see a lot of players get into a set up position with too much bend in the hips and back, which can hurt our back when we go into rotation.
